I have had diarrhea for 5 days. is it likely food poisoning? should i go to the doctor? this morning started the 5th consecutive day of diarrhea. should i let it run its course? would antibiotics help?

If : If a patient has persistent diarrhea and was on antibiotics in the last two months, travelled to a third world country, has associated fever, vomiting, weight loss, abdominal pain, or can't eat or drink then they should have a medical evaluation.
