Urine toxicology: Employers don't usually care if you take acetaminophen or paracetamol. Hydrocodone is an opioid, related to oxycodone, morphine, etc while meth is in amphetamine class, so they won't cross react. However, many common consumer items can cause false-positives so do be careful.
