See a doctor: There are specific infections which may occur in people who garden a good deal, particularly actinomycosis, which can cause the changes you are describing. This can cause vein thrombosis and blood clots, which can cause harm, and the infection can also spread. Check the product you were using for any advice, but somebody should examine this to give you the best advice.
