Sounds like: a CIRCULATION issue! You may have something interfering with your VENOUS drainage.... See you PCP (Primary Care Provider) fist who may refer you to a VASCULAR surgeon. (You may have a condition called "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome" Hope this helps Good Luck! Dr Z
