This : This is an unusual complaint. There is a possibility you have a trigeminal neuropathy. I suggest that because I have similar sensations on the face that are residua of varicella zoster shingles outbreak a couple of years ago. Next time you see your doctor, have her check the sensation on the left side of your face compared to the right.
