Poss unrelated CHF: This could be just a garder variety headach i.e. Related to vision change, tooth problem, or general exhaustion / lack of sleep. Also, too good of a control of blood sugar may cause headach (hypoglycemic headach). Make sure you have no low sugar and or any of the above. Otc Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen (not on empty stomach) should help. Otherwise, may need be seen by a doctor for more detailed eval.
