A : A septoplasty can be done at the same time a rhinoplasty. No all surgeons who perform septoplasty perform rhinoplasty, however. You can talk to your surgeon about this to see what your options are.

If : If you nose is crooked from a prior injury you will need to address both areas at the same time. If your crooked septum is causing a crooked nose you need a septoplasty at the same time as your rhinoplasty. Make sure your surgeon addresses both issues. Best wishes dr. Peterson.

Septorhinoplasty: septoplasty is performed in the context of rhinoplasty very often. Discuss these issues with your surgeon and be sure your surgeon is a board certified facial plastic surgeon with expertise in these procedures.
