Yes: Xanax (alprazolam) is in the class of benzodiazepines and oxycodone is a narcotic. Xanax (alprazolam) is used to cal a patient while oxycodone is used to kill the pain. If you had surgery your doctors most likely prescribed those meds for you to relax and get pain relief. If you take them according to your doctors instructions, yes they should be safe together assuming you are not allergic to either one. should be ok.
