Is sleep deprivation harmful if im having surgery in a few days? havent slept more than 3hrs/night in about 6 days. am on .25mg of xanax three times per day since day of surgery scheduled. will i still come out of anesthesia okay?

As long as your vital signs are normal, you should be okay for the surgery. The general anesthesia may give your brain a break.
