Pregnancy : Pregnancy would still be a possibility in that situation. Antibiotics can affect the effectiveness of birth control. Ovulation can start at any time after birth control pills are stopped. If your period is late then taking a pregnancy test would be reasonable given that situation.

The : The fact that you were only on the pill for one week then stopped defeats the purpose of the pill and left you vulnerable to pregnancy. The type of pill does not matter, and the fact that you were on antibiotics makes no difference in this case due to the amount of time you were on the pill. So the answer is yes, you can get pregnant in this situation. Please discuss birth control options with your doctor that are right for you. Take care.
