You : You need to be seen immediately if you have diabetes type i and have a an open bed sore with bloody green purulent discharge. Please call your doctor and be seen immediately. If your doctor can't see you immediately, or if you have fever, pain, elevated glucose readings, or vomiting, then you will have to go to the er.
