Pancreas : Pancreas problems cause pain in the abdomen or back, usually more on the left side, with vomiting. Trauma can cause pancreatitis. If a patient has these symptoms then they should be seen immediately.

Abdominal pain: If you have an injury to the pancreas there would be abdominal pain, usually going towards the back, may be worsened by eating. Did you have a medical work up after the trauma? The symptoms would be pretty severe, if so, get it checked out, can be complications such as chronic pancreatitis.
