Having : Having hot flashes and night sweats for 7 years must be miserable. Please become established with a good family practice or internal medicine doctor in your area. You should have a medical workup. There are treatments that may help you, but it is important to closely establish with a good primary care doctor. I am glad that you had hormone testing, but you may need thyroid studies, blood glucose testing, and other types of testing. If it does end up being anxiety, there are treatments as well as medications that may help.

Agree with Dr. E.: You may try reducing the amount of covers at night, reduce the temperature in the room, improve air circulation with a fan. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
