Menopause.: If your thyroid hormone levels are normal at your age this is most assuredly menopause. Should also note menstrual irregularity.

Maybe: Menopause is defined as 1 year without a period. Your symptoms are common in menopause, but can also be due to thyroid imbalance. See you doctor to be tested, and to discuss options for treatment. No hormonal and hormonal options can be helpful.
