I : I am sorry to hear about your dilemma. As dr mcleod advised, this is not something that can wait due to the nature of the injuries. A place to start looking for care could be at the university of oklahoma college of dentisrty, or a teaching hospital with an oral surgery residency. These teaching institutions may be able to take on your case at reduced or lower cost. Also try to contact your county health department for guidance. The surgical repair will most likely involve a number of different medical specialties. Best of luck to you.
