How to know nose is fractured from dogs head hitting it? swollen severaly tender to touch.

If you had: Nosebleed, there is good possibility of a fracture. But nose fracture will heal, given enough time. Make sure there is no deformity, because it could be permanent. Consult a head/neck surgeon to make sure.
