What might cause foot tenderness on the inside, above the arch area of my foot between ball and top? i can still exercise, but feel the tenderness on occasion. only 'painful' when i massage the area. has been bothering me for over a month.

From : From the limited information you provided, it's hard to give you a definitive diagnosis. There is a long list of possibilities of what can cause pain in the area you describe. Needless to say, your best bet is to see a podiatrist or orthopedist, have it x-rayed, and get a diagnosis. Only then can an effective treatment be put in place.
