If : If your friend is having testicular pain that is tender to the touch then he needs to be evaluated right away. There could be some serious issues going on. Things such as infections, tumors, hernia, twisting of the inside of the testicle (torsion) could be to blame.Your friend should present to the county hospital for care. County hospitals typically have programs for the uninsured. If he is disabled he may qualify for certain insurance programs. Encourage him to seek care right away.
