A friend has sore throat and coughs a lot. i gave her 2 honey lemon+ menthol 7.5mg cough drops 2 days in a row (1 each day).i found out these cough drops expired two years ago. can these expired cough drops harm my friend's health?

Likely fine: They are likely not very effective or the taste could have been altered if they are old. Best is to still avoid taking them if the expiration date was a while ago.
