Is the antibiotic still good? i accidentally refridgerated cefdinir for <24hrs. we removed it from the refridgerator when we realized the error.

That : That should not be a problem at all. You can check with the pharmacist to be sure, but in my opinion that will not affect it's effectiveness of that antibiotic. Note: it may have a slightly thicker texture, but that won't be a problem.
