This : This is challenging to answer without a clinical examination so i would recommend you see a dermatologist. These could be angiomas, angiokeratomas, pyogenic granuloma, molluscum, moles, lesions of vasculitis, a blistering condition, papular dermatitis, or many other possibilities.
