The : The access incisions for fat transfer are just a couple millimeters. These stab incisions are very small and allow placement of the cannulas under skin to remove the fat from the harvest site and then re-inject the processed fat into the fat.

Fat Transfer Scars: Fat transfer only requires tiny incisions just big enough for the liposuction cannula to remove fat (generally 2-4 mm in size). http://drnichter.com/fat-grafts-face-buttocks-breast/.

Tiny: The incisions used to transfer fat are generally just a tiny puncture wound. Tiny (less than 4mm) cannulas are actually used to place the fat, so just a small incision is needed. They can often be well hidden (depending on the area you are transferring to). For more information on fat transfers: http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/contouring-procedures-category/fat-transfer/
