Scabies: Scabies can occur on the neck. Scabies can cause intense itching which worsens at night. There may be small burrows made by blisters & bumps in skin folds. Places you might find them include armpits, inner elbows, between fingers, feet, around buttocks, genitalia & breasts. Scabies may resemble pediculosis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, drug reactions, contact dermatitis, etc
