I got a knot on back of my neck about an inch long and dark in color it burns when i turn neck to the right same side it is on i was in the hospital about 3 years ago and they said my arteres are block 45% could this be a clot i am poor so it hard to get

An area of pain and burning on your neck that is dark in color should be evaluated by a physician. If you have pain, fever, any weakness or numbness, then you would need to be seen as an emergency.
