Sounds like it.: If it hasn't changed in several years, have it looked at on your next appointment. If you observe any changes, like size, color or shape changes, go in sooner for an exam.

Possibly: Sounds like lipoma is a possible answer. Hard to say without being able to examine it. See you doctor to confirm.
