Why do i get cuts out of nowhere when i didnt even cut myself, it happens on my leg,i have one on the back of my hand now, is it normal to get them if you did nothing to get them? im not a cutter,is it possible for it to be skin cancer?or what else?

The cuts may have happened during activities especially outdoors with brushing against things without paying attention. Cancer could cause ulcers, however what you have described as cuts do not sound like it could be cancer.
