Good : Good question. Normally an allergic reaction from Doxycycline would cause a red or purple rash on the face and upper body. A woman might develop a yeast infection on doxcycline. In theory, i would think that there could be an overgrowth of fungus or yeast which could give you a rash around your groin. Talk to your doctor about this.
