This : This is possibly hand dermatitis (dyshidrotic eczema). I would recommend you use a gentle cleanser such as cerave hydrating cleanser, a moisturizer such as cerave cream, and it would be a good idea to see a dermatologist to talk about prescription medications that can help you.
