Better trained: Dental care and training in the us is unparalleled. That being said, regulatory agencies, malpractice, taxes, and the cost of running a small business have much to do with what individual dentists charge for their services. A good phrase i always tell my patients is caveat emptor - buyer beware!

The standard of care: The standard of what is an acceptable level of accuracy is very different in those countries than in the usa. Consider the hostile environment that dental work has to survive in, if your tooth is not well sealed, the risk of failure is almost a certainty.

Many reasons: The lower expense of ukrainian dental implants or root canals are unlikely because of poor training, or bad materials but more to do with cost if living, office overhead and supply and demand. If public health is picking up the expenses ones education and also paying their salaries, they may have the right to set the fee's at a low rate! these procedures are probably done by less costly gps too.
