Here : Here are the phone numbers of two facilities in decatur that accept sliding fee payment. Oakhurst health center (404) 298-8998 & clifton spring health center (404) 244-2200. It is one thing to see a physician once if you have a cold; there is whole other level of responsibility if you are treating someone for infertility. Normally the doctor evaluates you before deciding on treatment options. I don't know if i would want to see a provider who was willing to offer that standard of care because a patient requested it.
