How do you know?: How do you know that you are ovulating? How long have you been trying to get pregnant? What dose of clomid (clomiphene)? Sometimes the Clomid (clomiphene) can just help increase the chances of pregnancy if your own cycles don't. Do you have pcos or any medical problems?
