Grade 3 glioma: The response of oligodendroglioma to therapy varies from person to person. If it recurs after treatment, it is possible it will respond to treatment again, even treatment such as chemotherapy and radiation. A super specialist called a neuro-oncologist is best prepared to answer this question however.
