I have been unable to have a bowel movement in a week. i've tried laxatives, stool softeners, prunes, enemas, and suppositories. i have always had irregular bowel movements. im in severe pain!

If : If you have tried all of the above mentioned and you are still in severe pain you need to seek medical care. You may need a manual fecal disimpaction or a more effective enema. Also a cause of your constipation needs to be investigated and treated. Take care.
