Constipation: Please seek medical attention. It is recommended to have high fiber foods, brown rice, oats, barley, lentils, black beans, kale, strawberries, raspberries, carrots,avocado and drink plenty of fluid 2-3 liters a day more if exercising or hot weather.( mixture of water and gaterade) Conditions that can cause constipation : hypothyroidism, ovarian tumor, colon cancer , rare diseases

Call your doc!: Goodness, that is a while! Have you begun any new medications or supplements? Drink plenty of water to help soften the stool & improve the effectiveness of the fiber. If you have fever, abdominal pain, or vomiting go to the ER immediately. Prune juice has sorbitol in it which is a bowel stimulant & is a long time favorite remedy. Just don't get carried away with it. Warming it up first may help
