Without : Without examining you, reviewing your records and your recent imaging, it's impossible to say whether your tumor is growing again. It sounds as though you have very thorough doctors taking care of you and i'm sure they will tell you what they think as soon as they can. You would need : More workup with imaging, and possibly blood tests and a visual field test to find out.
