As : As previously indicated you can contract a sexually transmitted disease (std's) if only the head of the penis enters the vagina. However, it is important to know that sexually transmitted diseases may be also transmitted without vaginal, oral or anal penetration. Although there is no method that is 100% effective from preventing the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases - you may consider use of a condom (for the male) or a female condom. The safest way to prevent passing sexually transmitted diseases is either abstinance or a monogomous sexual relationship with partners that are free of std's.
