Scooter crash 3 wks ago. leg healed. no visibly injury to left shoulder but last 3 days there has been extreme pain there while relaxed or moving. its constant.tylenol and heat/cold pads dont work. hurts to even move neck or sit up. what do i do?

Evaluation. Your post did not state if you were examined by a physician. Palliative tx and NSAID's are not working, and if there are no visible injuries your issues are internal. Please see a local physician for a consultation.
