You : You should see a doctor. While it sounds like you might have a bursal swelling/bleeding you should have an evaluation that includes a good exam and x-rays to properly evaluate the bone and joints of the elbow as well as so-called soft tissue i.E ligaments, tendons, and nerves and especially ulnar nerve. Elbow injuries even without fracture or dislocation can quickly lead to stiffness. Also though from your description it's unlikely you want to make sure you don't develop any kind of infection from the cut that might possibly communicate with the joint. Best of luck.
