i had a hysterectomy five weeks ago. i was under the impression i could have sex after four weeks. we waited five to be safe . . i saw blood during sex. not as much as a period but enough that i had to change the sheets. is something wrong?

Likely : Likely nothing is wrong, however you need to let your doctor know what happened. He/she may want to examine you and check for possible infection or other post op complications. If you have a fever, continued bleeding, or pain seek medical care immediately. Take care.
