Common : Common causes of rashes in and around the vagina are yeast and irritant dermatitis from panty liners, perfumes etc. You can certainly apply some 1% Hydrocortisone that is available with out prescription to see if this rash is caused by irritation. If this doesn't do the trick you may wish to consult a gynecologist or dermatologist.
