You : You need to tell your parents or guardian what is going on. A visit to your doctor is needed. You will likely be referred to a GI (gastrointestinal) doctor. You could be dealing with a hemorrhoid that has an active bleeding blood vessel inside it, or many other rectal lesions that could be causing bleeding etc. A minor surgery may be in order. Please see a doctor right away. Anemia also needs to be ruled out since you are bleeding so much. Best of luck.

Bad problem: Concerns are obstruction, from diverticulosis, or even adhesions or tumor. Full history and exams with colonoscopy may clarify! the straining is pushing the anal veins out -hemorrhoids.
