Most : Most of the time, it will, though if there are any doubts, he/she may want to be retested 7 days after being treated to make sure the infection is definitely gone. We call that a "test of cure". In the mean time, it is important to abstain from sex or use a condom for 7 days after treatment to prevent re-infection.
