Any : Any condition that affects your health and/or physical appearance can be devastating and can lead to problems such as anxiety and/or depression. I recommend you visit a therapist and/or psychiatrist for treatment options. Typical options include therapy and/or prescription medication. As far as support groups are concerned, a simple internet search may provide you with information on a group for people suffering with vitiligo or the mental health professional you visit may have more information. Best of luck.

Try UVB-NB: Uvb-nb phototherapy may be helpful in reversing (may not be permanently) vitiligo. See your dermatologist about it. In the meanwhile, have you consider using a tanning solution or a masking foundation? Be sure to get checked out for potential autoimmune disorders
