Unless : Unless it's been refrigerated, it's basically no good after a couple of hours. Sorry.

No, it won't: Firstly, many doctors want an observed sample where they know for a fact that it is your urine. Even refrigerated, tests will not be valid after a week because chemicals decompose, particularly in the acid environment of urine.
