Chest : Chest pain, with shortness of breath and edema (swollen legs) are very worrisome. He is at risk for having cardiac issues like a hear attack or heart failure. By the date of this post about a week has passed. Did he see a doctor? Did his symptoms resolve? In a situation like this it is very important to seek urgent medical evaluation. The sooner the evaluation and treatment the better the outcome (concerning cardiac issues). I hope he is better.
