Is there any medicine i can get over-the-counter to stop diarrhea? i went to mcdonald's and had a southwest salad for dinner. i have had diarrhea ever since, which has been three weeks. i don't feel sick but the diarrhea is a nuisance.

Go : Go on a clear liquid diet for 24 hours. You may take otc Imodium (loperamide) for diarrhea.

Thats : Thats a long time to have diarrhea. I suggest you get evaluated by your physician, the dirrhea could be related to something else. Best wishes.
