Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, i don't have money for dr and i missed school. can someone please help with a dr note and something over the counter?

Doctor's note: Sorry to hear you have gotten sick. A doctor' s note cannot be issued retrospectively unless you informed the doctor at the onset of symptoms. Best would be to keep the school nurse in the loop and inform her (him) of your situation on a daily basis. Medicating an undiagnosed condition based only on information provided may not help you at all. Try to stay hydrated, seek medical attention timely.

No: No doctor would give you a note without examining you. If you have a school nurse on campus, she/he may be able to help you on this matter. You did not mention how long this has been going on. If more than 3 days or getting much worse, you need to go to the emergency room to get checked.
