Colitis: This needs a trip to the doctor. It is not likely to be viral and you require a full evaluation and possible treatment. An exam of the stool for WBC, RBC and cultures, stains and some immunological studies may be necessary along with blood tests. Please go soon and I hope this clears up promptly. Wish you well.
