The : The brown color of your semen can be attributed to the presence of old blood. Red blood chnages to brown in color, after a while. The presence of blood in your semen could have been caused by trauma, infection, inflammation or blackage in the reproductive canal/urethra or testicles. It is very important to see your doctor if this persists.
