IUI should work: I will definitely start some thyroid hormone 25 or 50 mcg and recheck the level in 4-6 weeks donor IUI should work. Was your husband tested to see if he has any sperm in his testicles atht could be used for ivf?

Donor sperm: Iui with donor sperm has an excellent chance fo working if you are 28 years old and have healthy tubes (need an hsg to confirm.) that thyroid level won't stop you getting pregnant but your TSH is still too high, you should get that treated for a healthier pregnancy.
